Legado is home to the Dayton Valley Airpark, a privately owned, public airport located just 2 miles from downtown Dayton, just 12 miles from Carson City and 37 miles from Reno. Tie-downs are located on the East end of the 75 by 5,400 ft. paved runway. Call 775-246-7888 Ext. 1 for free transportation between tie-downs and clubhouse.
Adjacent to the runway is the fly-in community of Airpark Estates with new homes ranging from approximately 2,259 to 3,600 sq. ft. Each home includes a private hangar and direct taxiway access to the runway. Custom lots are also available within Airpark Estates for those who wish to design their own home and hanger.
